So, I decided to go to Amsterdam on Koninginnedag, just like everybody else not living in Amsterdam except for Rotterdam probably. Anyways, I dropped by the outdoor stage next to Paradiso to view some real music, avoiding the hundreds of thousands of people dying to see The Opposites and Simon Webbe on the Museumplein. I stayed for two gigs: The Pipettes and Dustin’s Bar Mitzvah.
What happens when a band splits up? Normally some fights, legal or otherwise, but the way the early line-up of PIL managed to do it is something different altogether.
Keith Levene quitted and stole the tapes of their fourth album, releasing “Commercial Zone” without anyone’s authorization. John Lydon and drummer Martin Atkins started recording again with session musicians. Typical Johnny Rotten quote: “This is What You Want is just me giving orders and them receiving them. There was no feedback. If I had a crap idea, the crap idea would go onto vinyl almost immediately.”
So the fans are left with two rather halfbaked albums. Still… even halfbaked PIL is better than most other bands. Get this torrent and puzzle your own favourite album out of it I’d say:

As most of you already know I am going to work in Bangkok, Thailand. Some think that the real reason for me getting the f-word out of The Netherlands is to find a job in Pattaya, better known as the Thai sex capital. Well, yes I will indeed try to visit Pattaya as much as I can, to sail! No not for doing the f-thing.

Amsterdam is filled to the choke with badass tourists from all over The Netherlands. That, plus the fact I kind of hate patjepeërs-entertainment is the main reason I prefer watching an old classic to going outside.

Dutch Model Of The Week
A new model searchen is sometimes not so easy as it seems. It’s not that you just can plemp any model. I know the visitors of Ochblog expect quality.
This week I started with the idea of: “Nice red, is not ugly”, and when I thought about the great festivity that will come to honour our beloved Royal Dutch Family, my theme colour was created.
Orange/Red is a fascinating colour in modelcountry. Mostly because its related with a sensual woman, posing in provocative poses. And that has Model Iris al in her!

To whom it may concern!
Some of you might know by now that I’m moving to another house this weekend. Some of you also might know or suspect me of being a lazy fuck every now and then. Well, you’re right, I am a lazy fuck sometimes and that’s the reason why I refused to manage some things in advance and now I’m sitting with the baked pears: no internet for about three weeks! Three weeks! Yes, dear editors and visitors, no shit. Thanks to me, myself and I.
Therefore I’d like to ask you to keep an eye open for me while I’m gone and make sure that there is a little bit of internet left when I’m back.
