gast!s HipHop Classics - Kill at Will

January 12th, 2008 by gast!

SCHIET DAN!O’Shea Jackson, better known to the world as Ice Cube (yeah, some intimidating alias, innit?) left the now infamous rap group N.W.A. in late 1989 because he felt he wasn’t getting enough dough, boy.

The fact that he had written over half of the lyrics of the two previously released N.W.A. albums clearly showed in the next year, when he not only released his solo debut “AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted” but also the first HipHop EP that shipped platinum: “Kill at Will”. This second solo release clearly was intended for hardcore fans rather than casual listeners and contained two milestone “first off” tracks in HipHop History: “Dead Homiez” and “Jackin’ for Beats“.

Well, here it is in 256 Kbps/MP3 format for your enlightment, enjoy.
